Shipping processing time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days in major cities across Pakistan. Small towns will take 4-5 days Where as we providing on day dilivery within lahore. To avail on day dilivery you must have to order before 4pm after that your order will be diliver on next day Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping Rates

We Providing Free shipping on all orders over Pkr 4000 on the other hand We have a flat shipping rate of Pkr 200 per order. You may order as many products as you may like in one order with the same flat shipping rate.

Selp Pickup For Non Service Areas

We uses third party logistic partners and they have defined some non service areas in small towns in which home delivery service is not available. You shall be contacted by the representative of our logistic partners and will decide a center point for order pickup.

International Shipping

We currently shipping pakistan orders only. For international orders, email us at superpansar786@gmail.com and we will share details.

Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number. The tracking number will be active within 6-12 Hours.

Order Cancellation

While there is no option for a customer to cancel the order on their own once the payment is made, you can get in touch with our Customer Care as soon as possible with your order number. As long as your order has not been processed, we can cancel it and refund your amount.

Order Return

We deliver High quality products that can be beneficial for your health and beauty, we always strive to give you a great customer experience each time you shop with us, if at all you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase for any reason we will offer a full refund and we takes complete ownership for any products damaged or lost during shipping.

There could be certain circumstances beyond our control where you could receive a damaged/defective product or a product that is not the same as the one ordered. We will replace the product to your satisfaction at no extra cost but there some restrictions apply.

Conditions For Return

Our refund and returns policy last 3-15 days, depending upon the category of Product as mentioned below.

•DriedFruits,Prickles,FruitPreserves:  3 days
• Honey,Nuts,Grains,Cereals:  7 days
• All Other Products:  15 days  

If the specified days have passed since the delivery of the product, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange to eligible for return of your product you must have to comply the conditions below:

• Please notify us of receipt of a damaged / defective product within 24 hours of delivery.
• Products/Items should be unused.
• Products should be returned in their original packaging along with the original price tags, labels and Invoice.
• It is advised that the parcel being returned be firmly and adequately packed to prevent further damage of goods in transit.
• We do not accept returns on products that have been mixed or blended with other ingredients. If you have purchased bulk products to form your own mixes, Please examine raw products before mixing. We suggest that you make a small batch first.
• The custom and customized cures that are made upon your demand won’t be returnable, as they are made only for you.
• Please return herbs and mixes in original, undamaged packaging. Only unused portion of items will be refunded.• Please do not return items that do not fit the above criteria, as we will not be able to issue refunds for non-qualifying items and cannot return these items to you.

If you do not comply with any of the above conditions, We reserve the right to refuse the return or exchange, or to impose different or additional conditions.
